We give you a dedicated cleaner and send the same friendly face every visit. They get to know your space, your people and the little things you care about. If they're ever unwell or away, we'll let you know ahead of time and send someone we've personally briefed on your site.

Your cleaner works through a list made just for your space and takes before and after photos at the end of each visit. We're happy to share these with you anytime — and because we're owner-run, you can always talk to Greta directly if anything isn't quite right.

We just ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or move a clean. Life and business happen, and we'll always work with you to find a time that suits. Frequent last-minute cancellations may attract a small fee, as our cleaners have set that time aside especially for you.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a clean, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no charge. Just send us a message with photos and we'll sort it. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable — we earn your business on every visit.
